This classic Costa Rican coffee offers a balanced, approachable cup with notes of cocoa and almond, complemented by mellow fresh coffee cherry sweetness. Sourced from producers in Costa Rica’s Central Valley, this washed lot reflects the clean, soft acidity and toasted-nut character the region is known for. This coffee performs beautifully across a range of brewing methods. A French Press brings forward its chocolatey depth and nutty sweetness with a smooth, rounded body, while filter methods like drip or pourover emphasize gentle acidity and subtle cherry notes.
