ABOUT THIS COFFEE
We expect Panama Geshas to be incredibly floral, but what makes this thermolic lot so fascinating is how it pairs those vibrant aromatics with a surprisingly rich, syrupy mouthfeel. Instead of being delicate and tea-like, the body carries a deep, grounded sweetness of fig and dark cherry that beautifully coats the palate. Just as it seems to become heavy; a juicy hibiscus note cuts through, lifting that signature florality right back to the forefront of the tasting experience. It’s a really well-structured cup, expressive and wild, but with a luxurious weight to it.
