Perú – Añas Blues Orgánico

This specialty coffee was grown organically and processed using the traditional washed method. In this method, the skin and pulp are separated from the coffee bean. After washing, the beans are left to dry on raised beds for around ten days, depending on the weather.

Añas Blues is grown by small producers who share a responsible, sustainable vision of what a coffee farm should be. Organic coffee farms give future generations of producers the opportunity to continue the family business. Most farms are run by second- or third-generation producers, and the harvest is collected at the mills, where it continues its journey to Europe.

With aromatic notes that evoke a good blues song, this coffee is perfect on its own, prepared in an Italian moka pot or with a portafilter, or with milk.
