blend origins

Etiopia Sidamo

This country produces some of the finest washed Arabica beans. Their exceptionally refined flavor features medium acidity and citrus and sweet notes. Coffee is harvested once a year, between November and December, and each plant is generally picked four times, with only ripe, red cherries picked by hand. Sidamo, grown in the country's central-western region, is a unique component of the blend, with its small but exceptional washed beans bringing together acidity and sweetness with a light hint of rose.

Colombia Supremo

Colombia is the world's leading producer of washed Arabica coffee, and its beans are renowned for their high quality. The plants grow at elevations of 1,500 to 1,900 meters, and the volcanic soil provides them with abundant organic nutrients. Harvesting takes place from October to February. Supremo is one of the finest components, with perfect balance and a smooth flavor that leaves a distinctive chocolate and caramel aroma, enriched with slightly citrusy notes of peach and plum.

Brasile Santos

It forms the base of our blends. Santos, with its renowned beans, is an origin that gives the blend the roundness needed to harmonize the sensory characteristics of its other components.

Its sweet, aromatic qualities and light notes of almond are accompanied by a well-rounded body, along with what may be its most distinctive attribute: a pronounced cocoa aftertaste.

India Kaapi Royale

This country grows and processes one of the world's finest Robustas: Parchment. The beans we use in our blend are hand-picked, hulled, washed, and completely defect-free. This gives the espresso a rich, velvety body and unmistakable spicy notes, difficult to replicate with the same purity from any other origin.
