Description

The washed Gesha from the farm that introduced Gesha to the world: floral, clear, and as elegant as tea.

In the cup

It opens with jasmine and orange blossom, followed by mandarin and honey. The finish brings green tea, with a touch of strawberry and red currant. Lively yet rounded acidity, a light, silky body, and a long, clean finish.

Perfect if…

  • you love delicate, floral coffees to sip slowly;
  • you want to taste Gesha in its purest form;
  • you’re looking for a special gift for someone who loves pour-over coffee.

The story

In 2004, the Gesha from Hacienda La Esmeralda won Best of Panama and changed the specialty coffee world forever. Lino 7B is a washed lot: the hand-picked cherries are sorted in spring water, fermented for about 24 hours, washed, soaked, and slowly dried on raised beds. A process designed to let the variety speak for itself.

Competition-level freshness

All Over Your Limits coffees are stored green, vacuum-sealed, and in the freezer, using the same technique as competition coffees, and roasted only when you place your order. The cold stops the green beans from aging and protects their sugars, acidity, and aromas, so every lot reaches your cup with the same profile it had the day we first tasted it, even months after harvest.

Why Over Your Limits

Because it shows Gesha without filters: no extreme processing, just clarity and precision.
