La Bendición is a farm owned by Luis Alberto Balladarez, a renowned coffee producer who frequently participates in the “Cup of Excellence” event.

The farm is located in a mountainous area in the north, where the unique and contrasting microclimate, with abundant sunshine and rainfall, allows coffee varieties that produce exceptional coffees to be cultivated.

Pacamara coffee is a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogype, characterized by an extra-large coffee cherry whose beans develop rich aromatic compounds when brewed.
