Mamma mia, what sweetness! Elegant fruity and floral notes burst through on both the nose and the palate. From the very first sip, a wonderful magnolia note emerges, delicate and enveloping.

On the palate, the evolution is incredible: the sweetness intensifies with a pronounced note of peach and apricot, bringing an astonishing juiciness. A touch of vanilla adds a finishing flourish, making this coffee simply extraordinary when it comes to natural sweetness.

Even today, I wonder how anyone could add sugar to certain coffees. This one in particular is perfect for anyone who has never tried real specialty coffee: it’s an ideal starting point for discovering a world completely different from commercial coffee.

I’d call it an elegant coffee, thanks in part to its medium body. You have to try it to truly understand what those words mean.

It’s produced by a small farm in the Oromia region, where the climate, with its significant variations in temperature and rainfall, contributes to the development of high-quality coffees with complex flavor profiles. Excellent processing in a generous land.
