Description

Natalia Hernandez, along with her brother Daniel, are two young entrepreneurs who dream of making their family name proud. Coming from a coffee-growing tradition, Natalia has dedicated her time to delving into the finer details of coffee quality. Her efforts have been recognized through winning several entrepreneurship competitions, allowing her to promote their coffee regionally and ensure every aspect of their farm is appreciated. Together with Daniel, they make an exceptional team: while he handles the processes on the farm, Natalia focuses on transforming the beans and sharing the story behind their coffee. This coffee is Natalia's signature recipe for achieving a sweeter, more balanced cup. The process begins with depulping the cherries after harvest, followed by fermentation in open tanks, where fresh batches are continuously added over four days to create a larger, more complex lot. After fermentation, the coffee is washed and then dried on sun bed dryers for 2 to 3 weeks.
