Mokaflor Farm is a traceable blend, meaning it’s possible to follow the product’s supply chain, from the bean all the way from the field to the cup.
Too often in the coffee industry, attention is given only to roasting, ignoring the fundamental role of farmers’ care and expertise. It’s our responsibility and our role to select and roast the coffee in a way that preserves and enhances the sensory characteristics farmers have given us.

Two Specialty Arabica coffees with tasting scores above 80 points, which come together to create a very high-quality coffee blend that stands out for its balance, sweetness, and velvety body.

The Mokaflor Farm 100% Arabica Bar Blend is made from two lots grown at Fazenda Isidro Pereira in the Carmo de Minas region of Brazil and in the Inza Cauca area, where 52 small producers have joined together in a cooperative (Asorcafè) to improve bean quality.

In the cup, the Farm 100% Arabica blend delivers a rounded, balanced espresso with excellent body and fruity notes of berries, along with sweeter notes of fresh butter and caramel.
