La Victoria Honey

Honduras La Victoria Honey is a 100% Arabica coffee from our Terroir Bio line.

This coffee is grown in the La Paz region of Honduras, at elevations between 1,300 and 1,700 meters.

The honey process involves removing the skin from ripe coffee cherries, then drying them with their pulp and parchment for about ten days. Depending on how much pulp (mucilage) is left on, the coffee is called “black,” “red,” “yellow,” or “white” honey. In the cup, honey-processed coffees are characterized by a rich body, a smooth sweetness, and balanced, slightly sweet aromatic notes.

Balanced and harmonious flavor profile. Its notes of chocolate, hazelnut, biscuit, and dried fruit create an incomparable sweetness. The finish is lingering and sweet.

This cup comes close to the perfect balance we look for in coffee and works with all types of brewing methods, from pour-over to espresso!
