Description
Honduras Marcala La Victoria Nature is a 100% Arabica coffee from our Terroir Bio collection.
This coffee is grown in the La Paz region of Honduras, at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,700 meters.
The natural process is much more eco-friendly because it uses no water. This is the traditional way of drying coffee. On paper, it seems simple: the ripe coffee fruit is dried with both seeds inside. However, it requires careful monitoring to prevent the coffee from tasting too fermented. And the drying takes more than three weeks!
Balanced and harmonious flavor profile. Its notes of red fruit, chocolate, caramel, and flowers create a gentle acidity. The finish is lingering and floral.
This cup comes close to the perfect balance we look for in a coffee, and pairs well with any brewing method, from pour-over to espresso!
