Blend Haka

Haka Blend is a seasonal blend that changes throughout the year, depending on the seasonality and freshness of the green coffees. Our goal is to offer you the same flavor profile using coffees at the peak of their season.

This blend is made up of two coffees from Honduras and Ethiopia: Honduras, La Victoria Washed (75%) and Ethiopia, Gomma, Mohamed Ali, Natural (25%).

A darker roast

Have you noticed that a standard coffee can taste watery and flat?

To offer a coffee that works optimally in an automatic coffee machine, we’ve adjusted how we roast our coffee. We’ve extended the roast times to make this coffee more brittle. This adds body and brings out more aromas. Your machine’s grinder can therefore work more efficiently because it grinds the beans more easily and generates less heat.
