Description: Honduras Honey is a vibrant and fruit-forward coffee, offering a juicy and expressive cup with tropical sweetness.
Processed using the honey method, where part of the fruit mucilage is left on the bean during drying, this coffee develops enhanced sweetness, body and depth.
Expect notes of pineapple, dried apricot and papaya, lifted by bright acidity and rounded off with soft fermented, rum-like sweetness and a smooth, syrupy finish.
Grown at 1500 metres and produced by COCAFCAL, this coffee reflects a commitment to quality and sustainability, with coffee farming often paired with beekeeping to support the local ecosystem.
With an SCA score of 85, it sits firmly in the specialty range, offering both complexity and drinkability.
