The Story

“Kantoi” is Malay slang for being caught in the act — and Kantoi makes no attempt to hide what it is. Dark roast Brazilian natural, processed at one of the world's most advanced coffee mills, sorted to near-zero defect. The same bean that produces The Redeemer at medium roast here gets the treatment that amplifies its caramelised sweetness, pulls out the dark chocolate, and sharpens the earthy depth that the lighter roast keeps quiet.
