Description

Our house roast combines the fruitiness of our mild roast with the full body of our bold roast.

100% Arabica coffee (varieties SL14, SL28, Nyasaland), dark roasted. Grown on Mount Elgon in Uganda at 1,500 to 2,100 meters above sea level.

Specialty coffee with a cupping score of >84 points.

This single-origin coffee is carefully hand-picked on the coffee farms, wet processed, sun-dried, sorted, and then gently roasted in Hannover.

Each bag shows who grew and processed the coffee inside (the farmer shown on the sticker is just an example)!

In addition to the photo, you can use the QR code below it to listen to an audio introduction to the respective producer and get a better idea of who is behind the production.

Although individual batches may differ slightly in their flavor nuances, the overall sensory profile is always the same.

Direct trade on equal terms

We buy the coffee personally and directly from the producers in Uganda. We know the people behind the coffee and can therefore trace where our coffee comes from and the conditions under which it is produced. Learn more about our philosophy here.
