Tucked away at 1,200 meters in Chiang Rai, Huay Mae Liem is more than just a place—it’s a living legacy. With only 10 families, this Lahu/Yao village has cultivated coffee alongside Lanna Coffee for over 20 years, tracing their roots back 80 years to Burma and China. Every bag reflects their tradition, resilience, and pride.

🌱 Grown in Harmony with Nature

Grown under a thick forest canopy without irrigation, these shade-grown beans thrive in nutrient-rich soil blanketed with natural mulch. The result? A cup deeply influenced by the surrounding ecosystem—clean, vibrant, and alive with flavor.

We roast this lot using a Nordic-inspired approach—our lightest style—to preserve the coffee’s delicate structure and emphasize clarity. Expect a silky body and a refined cup, best appreciated slowly.
