Delicato is a special blend that combines in a balanced way the naturally sweet taste of Brazilian Arabica,

 the spicy notes of fine Indian Robusta and the excellent aroma of the best beans from Guatemala.

THE SECRETS OF THE "WASHED COFFEE"

Complete washing is a  traditional method of processing coffee. The hand-picked berry is pitted leaving the precious natural pulp called  "parchment" on the grain. 

The beans are immersed in large tanks of water where they can ferment for a few days, 

afterwards they are washed and finally dried in a natural way. The washed coffee thanks to its craftsmanship adds finer and more intense sensations to the taste in the cup.
