Description

Cortez Primo has been our most popular coffee since we started our family roastery in 1993. Primo, meaning 'top quality' in Italian and 'cousin' in Spanish, embodies familiarity and our commitment to excellence. This blend marries natural and washed coffees for sweetness and balance. We then develop this roast to extract as much sweetness as possible into your cup. The result is a coffee filled with notes of complex chocolate, honey, roasted almonds, and a floral citrusy aftertaste. It pairs well with milk and is a great option for an everyday espresso or drip coffee. With years of refinement, we still have this coffee in our cups every morning and it is served at our cafes.
