Colombia Supremo Coffee

Colombia Quindio coffee, from this tiny region of Colombia, is arguably one of the most balanced coffees in the country. In fact, it is the result of the volcanic activity that affects this particularly unstable region. In addition, the region is located not far from the famous Nevado del Ruiz volcano, which offers ideal conditions for plant growth. The province of Quindio relies primarily on coffee cultivation, with many small and medium-sized farms working within the El Andes cooperative.

Arabica grows on the slopes of the Andean foothills, at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,900 meters. Coffee is cultivated almost entirely by hand.
