origin and provenance

Colombia is the world's leading producer of washed Arabica coffee, and its beans are renowned for their high quality. The plants grow at elevations of 1,500 to 1,900 meters, and the volcanic soil provides them with abundant organic nutrients. The harvest takes place from October to February. Supremo is one of the finest grades, with a perfect balance and a mellow flavor that leaves an unmistakable aroma of chocolate and caramel, enriched with notes of peach and slightly citrusy plum.
