This lot comes from producers with small farms in the department of Huila in southern Colombia. Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest cherries, depulp, ferment, wash and gently dry the parchment on raised beds. Coffee from Huila, is widely regarded as some of the best in the country, known for its balanced flavors, bright acidity, and complex profiles. Huila is located in the Andean region, with a variety of microclimates that contribute to the diverse and high-quality coffee produced there.
