Origin
This variety is a truly special taste experience, an absolute rarity, and available only in very small quantities.
Coconut Lemonate is a coffee fermented with coconuts and citrus fruits from Finca Monteblanco in Colombia. It is a family-run farm managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia. The 14-hectare farm is located in the Huila region at an altitude of 1,730 meters. Purple Caturra, a rare variety, is used for Coconut Lemonade because its distinctive sweetness makes it an ideal substrate for microorganisms. These are extracted, then fermented for 180 hours with citrus fruits and dried coconut
and fed an energy-providing base, such as sugar. This allows an astonishing number of microorganisms to grow. This mixture is placed in sealed containers with the cherries and fermented for another 180 hours.
Delicious as a cold brew. This variety is sure to deliver an AHA moment!

Character (medium-bodied)
Creamy flavor of coconut milk and lemon soda. NO added flavors. These beans also make very delicious summer drinks.
