Origin
This variety is a truly special taste experience, an absolute rarity, and available only in very small quantities.
Colombia Blueberry is a coffee fermented with fresh blueberries from Finca Monteblanco in Colombia. It is a family-run farm managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia. The 14-hectare farm is located in the Huila region at an altitude of 1,730 meters. The rare Caturra and Bourbon varieties are used for Blueberry. The beans are fermented together with fresh blueberries for 180 hours. The resulting microorganisms are fed an energy-providing base, such as sugar. This allows an astonishing number of microorganisms to grow. This mass is placed together with the cherries in sealed containers and fermented for another 180 hours.
Very tasty as cold brew. This variety is sure to deliver an AHA moment!

Character (medium-bodied)
An intense blueberry note reminiscent of a blueberry muffin with vanilla. NO additional flavors. These beans also make delicious summer drinks.
