Three courses, bringing out the best in every cup.

Omakase is an invitation to entrust the experience to your host. Our baristas have selected the coffees and preparations for this three-course tasting, with a few choices along the way to suit your taste. Enjoy the experience on your own or with someone else.

Begin with Jhoan & Diego’s Anaerobic Washed Gesha, brewed using two different water recipes for a side-by-side filter tasting.

For your espresso and milk courses, choose one coffee:

• Sebastian Ramirez’s Maragesha — Cold Fermentation Washed

• Jhoan & Diego’s Gesha — Thermal Shock Natural

Your selected coffee is used for both the espresso and milk courses. A shakerato, espresso shaken over ice, offers a chilled way to enjoy your coffee.

Our dairy milk beverages feature sous vide–treated, freeze-distilled milk. Oat milk is available as an alternative. Snacks are included with each set.

For One

• Filter: Two tasting cups, each brewed using a different water recipe.

• Espresso: Your choice of one Espresso or Shakerato.

• Milk: Your choice of one Macchiato (2 oz) or Cortado (4 oz).

For Two

• Filter: Two Filter coffees, each brewed using a different water recipe.

• Espresso: One Espresso and one Shakerato.

• Milk: Two milk beverages, with your choice of Macchiato (2 oz) or Cortado (4 oz).
