All I can say is wow! Yes, folks, why? Simple: this coffee embodies an idea that changed the world of coffee—or, more precisely, brought two worlds together for the first time in coffee history. We’re talking about the world’s first experiment of its kind, in which our Italian champion Daniele Ricci, in collaboration with the "Las Flores" farm, developed and carried out a new processing method: adding wine yeasts to the must from our coffee cherries, specifically yeasts from the famous Monterossa winery in the Franciacorta area.

If I could, I’d drink this kind of coffee for the rest of my life. Wondering why? If I had to describe sweetness to a coffee newcomer, I’d have them try this coffee. The sweetness is downright incredible, almost too good to be true. If you don’t believe us, you’ll just have to try it for yourself. I’m pretty sure you’ll order it again.

It opens with an impactful acidity reminiscent of blackberry and pineapple. Then it develops into an astonishing sweetness of ripe fruit, with notes of ripe cherry and guava so pronounced that you might think you’re drinking a fruit extract. This is even more apparent when brewed as espresso. Medium-high body, excellent structure, and a decidedly juicy, syrupy mouthfeel. The minty finish is also surprising, leaving your palate exceptionally clean and fresh.

A true competition lot, with distinctly interesting and pronounced flavors that deliver a unique and different sensory experience—one to try and savor. I’m simply in love!

This coffee comes from the same spirit as Chiroso Vita 1, but with an evolved process: in Vita 1, wine yeasts were added only during the must activation phase; in Vita 3, they were also added during fermentation, resulting in completely new flavors.
And the best part? We have three Chirosos, each processed differently!
