The coffee everyone dreams of in a cup: a variety you might not expect to deliver such a sensory experience, but especially one shaped by the terroir where it was grown. We’re talking about a Chiroso Panama!

A coffee that brings out typically exotic fruity notes, with sweetness overwhelmingly taking precedence over the other flavors on our palates.

That’s right, folks: elegance, delicacy, and clarity are the best words to describe this wonderful coffee, which we selected and which our Federico Pinna also used at the World Barista Championship in Panama, where he made a strong showing, placing seventh in the world. The coffee was used in the milk beverages and the espresso-based drink.

A sparkling, lively initial acidity that calls to mind a yellow fruit, especially mango and other tropical fruit. It then develops on the palate into incredible sweetness, still tied to fruity notes of papaya and ripe pineapple. Yellow is undoubtedly the undisputed star of this coffee.

The finish is decidedly elegant and clean, with an incredibly elegant, refined floral note of rose. Bitterness? Ahhhh, what a banal answer! It’s absolutely low, and brings to mind the bitterness of a citrus fruit: grapefruit!

As for the direct olfactory phase, only floral sensations stand out, reminiscent of jasmine, though technically they should be associated with the actual coffee flower.

Folks, what can I say: floral and fruity notes, acidity and sweetness. What more could you want in a cup of coffee? Because always remember that investing your money in a sensory experience helps you grow and live unforgettable, unique moments in life.
