The cooperative Shilicho is part of the umbrella organization SCFCU (Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union). The organization consists of 42 independent cooperatives and includes a total of 2,250 members. SCFCU supports its cooperatives in building international trade partnerships and in managing coffee quality. In particular, the high level of transparency SCFCU offers us makes it a strong partner. Our collaboration brings together sustainable farming and fair trade with high coffee quality.
