About the coffee:

Balanced, versatile, fruity, and elegant, we can barely keep up with brewing it at the roastery right now—whether for the morning meeting or an afternoon coffee break, everyone is happy to pour themselves another cup.

About the processing: 
The cherries are cleaned with water before being depulped and separated from their skin and fruit. They are then fermented in water tanks at controlled temperatures, before the beans are washed again. Next, they are dried on raised beds for about 10–14 days, until they reach their target moisture content.

About the washing station: 
The Eva Gotiti Wet Processing Station is located in the Gedeo Zone in the Gedeb district of southern Ethiopia. Since 2022, it has processed coffees collected from 868 smallholder producers in the region.
