Santa Cristina is the farm of Rene and Ana Cristina Hernandez. This direct import has been a regular part of our selection since 2014.
The ripe cherries are hand-picked, sorted, depulped, and then dried in the sun on African beds. This processing method (honey processing) gives our Santa Cristina its pleasant sweetness. This medium-bodied espresso also stands out for its delicate acidity and notes of walnut, milk chocolate, and star fruit.
