About the coffee: 
Beautifully balanced and just the right amount of fruity: Felix has found another great lot! Whether brewed as filter coffee or espresso, somehow there’s always too little in the cup. But that’s the only downside. The dry processing (natural processing) gives this coffee a wonderful interplay of chocolate and fruit notes (with their accompanying fruity acidity), a medium, immediately velvety body, and a well-rounded finish that stays with you for a long time. A hot tip for a new favorite coffee, and not just for fans of Ethiopian naturals!

About the processing:
The cherries were sorted and floated (unripe cherries float and are removed). They are then dried in the shade for one day, after which they are spread out on raised African beds and dried there for 20–30 days until they reach the target moisture level.
