Meet our new Espresso Series coffee: Peru Aroma Del Valle Organic! Translating to "Scent of the Valley", it's appropriately named after the fragrance emitted by coffee tree blossom. Founded by Merly Cruz Rivera and Ivan Cruz Rivera in 2015, Aroma Del Valle was constructed not only to provide essential support to producers, but to increase transparency within the coffee supply chain as well. Profits from farming in the region have helped support families, as they rely almost solely upon coffee as a primary source of income.

A main goal for Aroma Del Valle is to focus on farming highly valued coffee for the speciality market; producing coffee at a minimum SCA score of 80. Much of the drive to produce quality can be seen via the level of attention paid to their crop, as well as the quality control of their final product. Aroma Del Valle’s technical team works closely with all 300 + producers, helping to renovate seedlings and provide training to improve the quality of future crops.
