This washed coffee from Tamiru Tadesse and Alo Coffee is a beautiful expression of high-elevation Sidama. Super clean, structured, and built around the inherent character of the coffee rather than experimental fermentation.

Bona Zuria sits at some of the highest elevations where coffee is being cultivated in Ethiopia. Here, Tamiru works with coffees grown in an environment where cool temperatures slow cherry development, creating dense fruit with the potential for remarkable complexity.

Rather than pushing this coffee through one of Alo's more experimental fermentation methods, the washed process takes a more restrained approach. It's about clarity: allowing variety, elevation, and terroir to do the talking.
