blend origins
Ethiopia Sidamo
This country produces some of the finest washed Arabica beans. Their exceptionally refined flavor is characterized by medium acidity and citrus and sweet notes. Coffee is harvested once a year, between November and December, with generally four passes made through each plant; only red, ripe cherries are picked by hand. Sidamo, grown in the country's central-western region, is a unique component, with its small but extraordinary washed beans bringing together acidity and sweetness in the blend, with a delicate hint of rose.
Colombia Supremo
Colombia is the world's leading producer of washed Arabica coffee, and its beans are renowned for their high quality. The plants grow at elevations of 1,500 to 1,900 meters, and the volcanic soil provides abundant organic nutrients. The harvest takes place from October to February. Supremo is one of the finest components, with perfect balance and a smooth flavor that leaves a distinctive aroma of chocolate and caramel, enhanced by peach and plum notes with a slight citrus touch.
Brazil Santos
It forms the base of our blends. Santos, with its renowned beans, is an origin that gives the blend the roundness needed to harmonize the sensory characteristics of its other components.
Its sweet, aromatic character and delicate almond notes come with a full body, along with what may be its most distinctive attribute: a pronounced cocoa aftertaste and good body.
