The Barrel Coffee from The Naughty Dog is a highly successful experiment with many fans. As the name suggests, its special quality comes from the flavor influence of a used American whiskey barrel. The Ethiopian coffee is stored in these barrels for a few days before roasting, taking on the unique aromas of American whiskey without losing or denying its coffee character or tasting alcoholic. Flavor-wise, this fruity coffee surprises with clear sweetness and a lively character. Notes of forest berries, stone fruit, and a hint of dark chocolate come through in the cup, accompanied by juicy freshness. A coffee that feels lively yet remains pleasantly rounded.
