Description
A unique coffee from the fertile lands of Sumatra, Indonesia, an island renowned for the richness and diversity of its coffee-growing terroirs. Benefiting from mineral-rich volcanic soils, this coffee develops dense and aromatically complex beans.
Worked according to the process Honey , where some of the cherry mucilage is retained during drying, gains in texture and depth. The nose reveals spicy notes of cinnamon. On the palate, a hint of lemon and the crisp acidity of green apple bring freshness and energy. A bold, lively and refined cup, which perfectly illustrates the unique character of Sumatra.
