Clean and focused with effervescent flavors of orange, lemon, peach, apricot, honeydew and dried mango, buoyed by oolong tea, jasmine and frankincense in the long. Offers a high intensity espresso experience for the adventurous.

This knock-out of a washed Ethiopian coffee is produced by the cooperative group of smallholder farmers at the Rogicha Washing Station within the Rogicha Kebele of Guji in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Their rich tradition at their cooperative for ripe cherry harvesting combined with new processing equipment at their wet mill has rendered this stellar cup that is surprisingly tuned for espresso preparation.

After repose, this coffee is sealed in Grain-Pro barrier packaging at origin and then sent on its way to our Roastery where we preserve the green coffee under hermetic seal until it is roasted as part of our Barrington Green Seal Program© .
