Relax through the night—without caffeine or sleep disruptions. A single-origin coffee made from decaffeinated organic green beans. We roast this single origin from Peru like a regular espresso and still bring out the full range of aromas from a washed process: a regular coffee with nutty and chocolatey tasting notes. A special CO2 process is one of four proven methods for decaffeinating green beans. First, the coffee is treated with steam so the beans swell and open up. Then liquid CO2, which binds the caffeine, is added to the beans in a container under high pressure. Once the CO2 is saturated, it is removed and the decaffeinated coffee is gently dried.
