Pe Finca La Esperanza, pe versanții muntelui „Wapen” (numită după un șef indian al Yanesha) din vecinătatea Villa Rica, unde se cultivă cea mai bună cafea organică la o altitudine de 1800 m. Senora Onofre Martin provine din indigenul Yanesha și cultivă deja cafea pentru a treia generație. Soiurile lor excelente Arabica sunt compuse din Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, Geysha și Catimor.
În calitate de fermier de cafea ecologică, își cultivă cafeaua la umbra agroforestieră cu respect pentru mediu, flora și fauna din regiunea sa.
Ea spune: „Cafeaua organică de cea mai înaltă calitate este o mare speranță pentru noi de a ne aduce familiile mai departe”.
