Description
La Huella is located high in the slopes of Volcano Baru, in Boquete, Panama. It was founded by Pedro Moss and focuses on the varieties Catuai and Gesha.
We're very lucky to have had a relationship with Pedro Moss of La Huella for many years. We roasted one his Geisha coffees in December and here we've got a "Catuai".
Our tasting/cupping notes for this second coffee come from our Q Grader, Monika. She'll always find at least 7 or 8 aromas, taste notes etc and then select the three she finds most pronounced to put on our bags. For this coffee she selected Apricot, Caramel and Lime.
