Description

A sip of Fraijanes, with ripe fruit and dark chocolate.

Created by Eby Aracely and Antonio Gonzalez, this lot of Red Catuaí reflects their attention to every detail. The cherries ferment in bags for 14 hours, then dry slowly on raised beds for 20 days. In the cup, it has a lively, fruity character: the sweetness of ripe strawberry meets the intensity of dark chocolate and the juiciness of plum.
