Description

🇳🇮 Nicaragua Jinotega – Rich, Syrupy & Comfortingly Complex ☕

From the lush highlands of Jinotega, this Las Camelia SHG Arabica delivers a beautifully balanced cup with medium to full body, low acidity, and layers of comforting flavor. Expect notes of chocolate 🍫, toasted cocoa, and nutty richness 🌰, rounded out by ripe fruit 🍒, a syrupy mouthfeel, and earthy undertones for a smooth, lingering finish.

Coffee has been part of Nicaragua’s history since the 1790s, introduced by Catholic missionaries and later transformed into a major economic driver. Though hardships—including a coffee crisis in the late 1990s—impacted the industry, dedicated farmers and fair trade cooperatives have revived its legacy, producing world-class specialty coffee 🌱.

This Strictly High Grown (SHG) coffee is cultivated in the high altitudes of central and northern Nicaragua, where cool mountain nights allow beans to mature slowly—developing deep, rich flavors in every sip.
