Description
Literally translated as “Land of Many Springs,” Yirgacheffe has the ideal topography to produce exceptional coffees. This cup has elements of florals and berries you expect from Yirgacheffe coffees and is intensified through the 2 day cherry fermentation and honey process.
This lot of Koke Honey was sourced from a total of around 1200 smallholder farmers from Birbes Kela, Koke, Konga, Wedessa, and Tisho kebeles regions.
The Koke washing station was built in 2011 and has seen many improvements showcasing their humility to learn and listen as well as their leadership and dedication in guiding their contributing farmers.
