One of the most highly regarded coffees in the world, with a bold flavor, pronounced acidity, and large beans. It has a wonderful aroma and wine-like, fruity notes of blackcurrant, grapes, and molasses, with a chocolatey finish; highly stimulating and refreshing. Grown at an altitude of 1,700–1,800 m above sea level and processed using the washed method. Highly valued by fans of alternative brewing methods, but also excellent as espresso.

Description
One of the most highly regarded coffees in the world, with a bold flavor, pronounced acidity, and large beans. It has a wonderful aroma and wine-like, fruity flavor notes of blackcurrant, grapes, and molasses, with a chocolatey finish; highly stimulating and refreshing. Grown at an altitude of 1,700–1,800 m above sea level and processed using the washed method. Botanical varieties: SL 28 and SL 34; sensory score of 86 points on the SCA scale. Highly valued by fans of alternative brewing methods, but also excellent as espresso.
We roast each coffee to order and ship it promptly, so you receive exceptionally fresh coffee (sometimes even too fresh to drink right away—it is recommended to allow at least three days to rest; chemical processes that affect the coffee’s flavor continue during the three days after roasting).
We select the roast level for each coffee to highlight its natural qualities, but we’re also happy to accommodate your preferences.
We pack the coffee in three-layer, high-barrier bags, hermetically sealed and fitted with a degassing valve and a zipper or clip for repeated opening and closing.
By default, we send the coffee as whole beans, but on request, we can grind it to your preferred coarseness, depending on your brewing method.
