High-quality coffee from Central America, grown at high altitudes on plantations located between 1,500 and 2,000 meters above sea level. A well-balanced coffee with low acidity and medium body, featuring a bold, pronounced flavor with notes of nuts, coconut, and caramel.

We roast the coffee offered to order and ship it to you promptly, so you receive exceptionally fresh coffee (sometimes even too fresh to drink immediately – we recommend waiting at least three days; chemical processes that affect the flavor continue in the coffee during these three days after roasting).

We choose the roast level for each coffee to highlight its natural qualities – and we're also happy to accommodate your preferences.

We pack the coffee in three-layer, high-barrier bags, hermetically sealed (heat-sealed) and equipped with a degassing valve and a zip closure or clip for repeated opening and closing.

By default, we send the coffee as whole beans – but at your request, we'll grind it to the desired coarseness (depending on the brewing method).
