Waykan is a vibrant regional selection from Huehuetenango, one of Guatemala’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Built from high-quality lots that cup between 84–87 points, this coffee showcases the area’s signature clarity, crisp acidity, and balanced sweetness.

Expect a bright, clean cup with notes of lemon, apple, grape, almond, and soft toffee. The name “Waykan” means “star” or “light that shines in the night sky” in the local Maya Q’anjob’al language—a fitting name for a coffee that highlights the quality and character of this remarkable region.
