When you say “Ethiopia,” you think of floral coffees, high elevations, and wild complexity.
But Fasyl is more than that. This lot comes from Gara Agena, a sub-kebele in the West Arsi region—around 2,000 meters above sea level, with an ideal climate, volcanic soil, and a deep-rooted coffee culture.
But what makes Fasyl special is not just the terroir—it’s the way they work together: 10 smallholder farmers who have come together as part of an “Improved Process Project.” Every step, from picking to drying, is tracked, documented, and improved. It’s not about volume, but precision. Micro, not macro.
