From the vibrant region of Oromia in southwestern Ethiopia, the Limu Heirloom coffee grows in the shade of native forests in fertile volcanic soil, maturing slowly to develop exceptional density and complexity. Unlike other Ethiopian origins, Limu stands out for its tradition of washed processing, offering a cup with remarkable clarity, clean flavor, and an exquisitely balanced profile.
On the palate, it captivates with bright yet gentle citrus acidity, accompanied by a full, silky body. Its aromatic profile unfolds delicate floral notes of jasmine and black tea, intertwined with the sweetness of stone fruits like peach. This versatile origin shines in manual pour-over methods with its refreshing, elegant profile, but also surprises as espresso with its sweetness and fruitiness.
