Let’s start with the notes you can find in the aroma: it feels like being in a flower field, where osmanthus, rose, and jasmine are the stars of this coffee. Pure elegance!!!!

The first impression on the palate is an acidity reminiscent of a citrus fruit—lemon, to be exact. It then develops into an astonishing sweetness of ripe fruit, with the sensation of white peach so pronounced that your mind might mistake it for peach juice. Even more evident when brewed using a filter method.

Medium body and a decidedly juicy, silky mouthfeel. The surprising tea finish leaves your mouth impeccably clean and refreshed.

I never would have expected a Peruvian Gesha with such elegance and floral character, and such interesting, pronounced flavors—one that offers a unique and different sensory experience to try and savor. Simply in love.

PS: This coffee would be well worth considering for a Brewers competition, thanks to its surprising notes of refinement, elegance, sweetness, and silkiness. There’s no bitterness at all.
