Decaf Peru, MWP Lima

Discover the rich heritage and vibrant flavor of MWP Lima Coffee, a decaf offering from the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru. This Fair Trade Organic coffee delivers a well balanced, caramel, pecan flavor with mild citric acidity, making it the perfect choice for those who want full flavor without the caffeine. Crafted from a blend of Catimor, Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varieties, each cup reflects the dedication of smallholder farmers who cultivate with care.

This coffee is sourced in partnership with Rony Lavan, president of Lima Coffees and a leader in Peru’s specialty coffee movement. Rony’s mission is to elevate the country’s coffee reputation by working closely with producers to develop exceptional microlots. Using the washed process, beans are fermented for 12–18 hours before drying, resulting in a clean, nuanced flavor profile that shines in every brew.

As part of Peru’s thriving cooperative coffee culture, this lot represents not just a drink, but a connection—to the farmers who tend their land organically, to the rich history of Peruvian coffee, and to the growing recognition of Cajamarca as a specialty coffee region. Whether you brew it as a morning pour-over or an afternoon latte, MWP Lima Coffee offers a smooth, satisfying cup that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious.
