Our first coffee from Vietnam, from the Da Lat Highlands. 100% Coffee Canephora. A great discovery by our head roaster.Â
Nestled in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, Dalat sits at an elevation of up to 1,500 meters above sea level. Its unique topography, characterized by rolling hills and cool temperatures, creates an optimal environment for coffee cultivation. The region has fertile volcanic soils and abundant rainfall, providing ideal conditions for coffee plants to thrive.Â
